Mobile Gaming Developments Speed Ahead

The online gaming industry is reacting to mobile gaming developments with innovative new ventures.

The mobile gaming sector of online casino gambling is experiencing rapid and unrivalled growth. This growth is especially apparent in the recently regulated Italian online casino market, where operators are moving quickly to take advantage of new advances.

Leading mobile gaming services supplier Spin3 has teamed up Neomobile to launch Casino Planet, a new mobile gaming operation for the Italian market. Popular Microgaming table games such as roulette and blackjack will be available at Casino Planet, on a range of smartphone devices including iOS and Android.

Spiral Solutions, Spin3’s parent brand, will provide comprehensive administrative services for Neomobile, one of the first AAMS licensed providers in the Italian market.

Francesco Postiglione, managing director of Neomobile, said, “Mobile gaming is the next logical step in combining our direct-to-consumer gaming expertise with our strong position as a games operator in Italy. We’re confident the high quality mobile games of Spin3 will allow us to deliver our customers a great experience.”

In other mobile gaming developments, H2 Gambling Capital has announced the launch of a mobile data consultancy and market intelligence business, H2 Mobile. H2’s head of mobile, poker and special projects, Joel Keeble, said H2 Mobile will give online gambling operators an edge in this new market.

Joining H2 Mobile is Charles Palmer, former head of mobile gaming operations at Betfair. According to H2 Gambling Capital, Palmer will “advise clients on opportunities presented by new technologies and assist in developing strategies to allow businesses to benefit from disruptive trends”.

Interested parties will be keenly observing further new developments, as experts agree that it is vital that gaming operators capture market share before the market becomes saturated.
